This Privacy Policy explains how WJM Enterprises LLC, operating as WJM Advisors (“WJM,” “we,” “us” or “our”), collects, uses and protects information in connection with our advisory services, Answer & Advance services and website.
Information we collect
Depending on the service and the choices made by a participating business and its customers, we may collect:
- Name, telephone number, email address and service address.
- Appointment, service-request and customer-support information.
- Communications, call details, recordings or transcripts where legally permitted and appropriately disclosed.
- Text-message consent, delivery, HELP and opt-out records.
- Business contact, account, configuration and support information.
- Limited technical information reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve our services.
How we use information
We use information to provide and administer services; respond to inquiries; capture and route service requests; assist with scheduling; send authorized transactional communications; maintain business records; support security and troubleshooting; improve operations; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
How information is disclosed
We may disclose information to the participating service provider from whom a person is requesting service and to vendors that process communications, hosting, workflow, scheduling, customer records or related technology on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Mobile information and messaging consent
Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing.
This restriction does not prevent us from using service providers that process messages and related data solely to deliver or support the communications requested by the individual, or from providing necessary information to the participating business with which the individual is seeking service.
Data retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, legitimate business purposes, dispute resolution and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may decline nonessential information requests. For text messaging, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for security, contractual or legal purposes.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults seeking services. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Updates
We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
